nc max get the ha shield(the one that let a little damage through) and all ha get a nc max shield with a little change(its a onesided shield so u can shoot through and u can use pistols) the ha would get a new role the tank from rpgs(he can block a way while the player behind him and the player himself(only pistols) can still attack(av weapons are an exception) and the nc max get a 360 degree defence(it still take damage but less and can be used on the attack or while running away)
i forgot one thing max shouldnt be able to shoot while the shield is on only punch should work otherwise it might be a little bit op
