[Vehicle] Planetside Battles is looking for players to test a new 24v24 vehicle only competitive format in Nov

Can't wait to see Vanguard Shield Charge or a Prowler Brotherhood Barricade.

I'm expecting the lightnings and the harassers to be the stars to be honest. I think that the MBTs will play defensive for the most part.

When it comes to numbers, 10 prowlers always beats 10 vanguards

I have titan-150-ap auraxiumed, and soon HEAT as well. When you're facing max reload+anchor prowler with max reload vanguard, it's all about the one who hits first. However if prowler is far away (~300m) vanguard has no option but retreat. Bullet speed of vanguard is very slow compared to prowler's

And what this means? Vanguard has a slight advantage in 1v1 CQC against prowler but otherwise not if it's anchored further away. It's a rare situation when tanks just pops front of each other. Usually they notice each other far away

One engi can solo kill a shield sundy with only mines.

So the best strategy to win this is 2 cloak flash with 2 engies.

If only one manage to be close enough , GG.

Even the harassers could help to rush with the flashes.

For those interested in participating in test matches for this event sometime in November: To put on at least one test match we will need two teams assembled and willing to fight at the same time. Teams may be made up of whatever 24 players you wish. It is strongly suggested that you tap at least 26 people (more is better) for your team to fill in for no-shows and disconnects.

Without people willing to organize teams, these matches will never happen, so don’t assume someone else will do it. If you have connections even across servers with other vehicle people, reach out to them and start forming a team. We would rather have 4 games because too many teams were formed, than no matches because no one formed any.

You are much more valuable to a team if you come as a package of Vehicle driver + Gunner, so you may want to enlist your friends. Team organizers will go through the thread to fill out their teams.
