Patch notes 2014-10-17/2014-10-21 - Spiker AOE dmg, shield changes

    oh. and the bots are on Amerish. come and play. they even accept revives! so cuuuute! :3
    TL;DR: THINGS TO TEST/CHECK ON PTS

    • Spiker
    • facility shields. all of them.
    • Map's territory control view
    • firemode image near ammo count
    • NS15M, NS-11P models
    • stickiness of C4
    • please keep looking for any 3rd person animation/whatever issues
    NEW IMAGES:

    • Holographic knives, facility shield icons: imgur
    LOCALE FILES:

    • "Two-Year Anniversary Bundle", "Celebrate PlanetSide 2's second anniversary with this mega bundle. Note: Bundle contains equivalent gear for all 3 Empires."
    • Death From Above Glass Decals' names changed to include the appropriate aircraft's name
    UI STUFF:

    • removed some code that, uh, didn't actually do anything. yay? :p
    • changed something about the Cont Queue. not sure what, maybe fixing PS-579
    • there will be a new 'firemode image' near the ammo count
    BALANCE STUFF:

    • BBurness mentioned Spiker changes...
      reverted the changes for the lower firemode
      as for the probably charged shot, it is now at 350@25m, 250@100m, and added AOE damage: 150@0.5m, 50@2m
    OTHER FILES:

    • added models for holo knives
    • modified AssaultRifleGameStop001's model
    • added models for new facility shields: for towers, spawn/SCU large ones, and... 'Group Prog'
    • modified pretty much every other facility shield (see roadmap)
    • looks like the confetti horn (see previous patch notes) will have some FX.
    • so in the middle, there's up/down grav pads... three structures around grav pads...
    • added soome code related to modifying reticule color and style
    • changed something about sticky objects (C4)
    • changed icon_vehicleItem_Buggy_RimsPS017 (or rather, referenced a v2 file)
    • modified a lot of the places where weapons attach to the wrist, in 3rd person

    The Striker is already really good on the PTS with the mag size increase and CoF buff. I seriously doubt it will be getting any more buffs.
