Help! people Warping about while i have a good ping!

    i know that i isn't a hardware problem as i get 50 fps on 32bit but everyone starts teleporting around when more then 30ish people are nearby my ping however sits around 80 to 110 while this happens and my friend who gets a worse ping than me (about 150) has never had this problem I'm not really good with technical things so i haven't delved into my routers settings lest i bugger something up so some assistance would be nice

    Yes, I am having issues with infantry warping at mid-long range in heavy fights. My ping is good.

    Got this problem the whole evening now.
    Ping stable 50, frames stable 60.
