Ping on Miller is bouncing around like crazy. 87-500 up and down.

The servers appear to be populated and stable. Please submit in a support ticket so we can check your connection.

The server is populated, but hardly stable.

They were anything but stable. I personally had a constant 500-600 latency and every single person from my friendslist who I asked confirmed their ping is high as well.
I mean, when everyone's lagging you guys should be able to see that.

This is a strange answer, probably end up back here anyway. I will try this port thing you posted, regardless.

I would probably take the helpful and well meaning advice with a pinch of salt. Seeing as everyone in europe is experiencing the same connection issues and have been since the merge. Apparantly we are all hallucinating. Nothing to see here guys!

I would suggest waiting until we are all not experiencing the same problems before you jump through the hoops of happyness presented before you :)

It's just insulting to hear reps talk about this like it's some sort of bad wifi connection in your home that is likely at fault.

Server is populated and stable? Give me a break. The continents with high population have 200-300++ pingtimes and currently you can't even log into Miller (still waiting after 10 minutes now, and that's after the client just closed down on me last time after waiting like 15 minutes).

It's really hard to justify continuing to pay a membership fee to a game which is barely functional. being able to log in only hours after midnight due to load is not adequate!

i don't know, besides the lag that started from the server merge, now also the log-in times are.. lagging.
  13. Magicool

don't you ever lsiten to alexS sending a support ticket does NOTHING they will ALWAYS tell you it's your internet/PC no matter what the problem is! don't waste time and nerves on them theyre not worth it
  14. tigerchips

Still getting 100+ ping on Miller. Maybe try a different server, this is stupid.
  15. tigerchips

I can confirm that swapping to Cobalt with new character has improved ping and latency.

That is a bit unfair to say considering I do report what I see on these forums. I promise you, I have made sure the European servers was the first thing I mentioned and the information has been forwarded to the appropriate team. For now, gathering information will help us figure out where to start. Telling people not to send tickets will prevent progress.
