This is as true for the Republic, as it is for it's individual squads and platoons. It is therefore our mission to ensure that the Republic's population - ALL OF IT - is being used effectively. We aim to accomplish this by recruiting as many as possible regardless of battle rank, with a firm focus on training them and turning them into the soldiers we need. We don't care if they bounce to other outfits thereafter, and our leadership will never let it become Zerg. We respect and appreciate all of our allied crews, and look forward to forming solid bonds with them. Academy Training The training we offer will be recognized across multiple outfits. If you reach a rank with us, it will be transferable with allied groups such as ODMN - Opposition Be Damned , and RTIL - Artillery. This Academy initiative ensures that multiple outfits across the TR are on the same page. I've known Whiteworm for several months now, hell probably closer to a year now that I think about it. He's good people. Easily one of the best platoon leads I've encountered, and highly committed to our faction's success on this server, as wewll as being just a cool dude in general.
