have the tanks got more powerfull or infantry got more powerfull since march ? thank you.

hmm, the saron got itssplash (aka Anti infantry) damage nerfed, the enforcer got a mag size nerf, and tank mines got put back down to a respectable size. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. All in all nothing to earth shatering in that respect.

NOPE. Nothing has changed all too much. Or even noticeably. Or even at all. Just a bunch of nerfs here and there...

Go read the PTS patch notes. Plenty of vehicle AI nerfs.
