Will Resist Shield be useless after the "ramp-up" nerf?

Rest assured.
Ramp up nerf won't come unless SOE decides to change basic mechanics of the game.

Apparently, you lack fundamental knowledge of the shield mechanics. As it works now, the resist shield when used in a reactionary manner is less effective. If you take 1 bullet worth of damage before activating it, it is already worse than if you were using NMG/ADREN.

BTW, there hasn't been a PTS note or a developer tweet/post on reddit or on any substantial medium about this change for quite a while now. I think they've come to their senses. As for the individuals that post about it every day on these forums, learn how to aim and stop being terrible thinking you can just bodyshot everyone and win every fight.

Ill take the shield ramp up nerf if HAs NWA protects against headshots.......

Quite frankly, I think all weapon headshot modifiers should go down to like 1.25...not 2x....or w/e they are.

Only sniper Rifles should get a 2.5x modifier
