Same error for me, I can't get into the game. Validated game assets, I clearly have normal internet access. I also noticed all but two server populations are listed as "Low".

I am having the same problem, played earlier today without a problem. SOE "Fixed" the program again. Some day they will ensure no one can play.

I'm thinking that they're trying to sneak in the weekly update without tellin' people. They just shut everyone out so that they can go along with their little plans. That's my guess.
