They can be found in the Shop's Infantry Gear section, after purchase they'll show up in the Profile screen in a dropdown menu next to your Title. Unless if you're NC, last I checked they had a bug.
Well, that explains it. Currently, at least on the NC side of things, there's no marketplace listing in any section and on the profile page you can only preview them at barely audible levels.
Curious can you switch back to the original voice if you buy a pack? I was thinking of getting a hilarious sounding one for my NC alt, but I don't want to sound that obnoxious 24/7.
Nvm found it. Profile page where you equipe your boosts. Near player titles. You can switch easily between all types you purchase including default. Yay for the test server
