Because its really annoying that every time I want to play I must send 30 minutes written notice to the server to hold a place in line to let me log in. Only to crash me out and then I have to repeat that process again.

Despite her assurances, it really doesn't feel like this issue is being dealt with as a priority. It only aaffects EU users so I guess that means it's not as important.
Read the above link but just to add my experience to the list. The 'logging in' message was showing for best part of a minute before i finally got in. That was the second attempt. The first time I tried it crashed to desktop. This is the first time this has happened to me.
