I'm curious as to what they found that's worth shutting the servers down for. Yesterday things seemed okay.

If they have a decently staffed QA team then that's one discussion. If they don't then ire should be directed at corporate and whatever consulting hatchet team they brought in to ruin their operation over the summer.
