Why we shouldn't nerf strong items

Again, this is just a situation of you refusing to use your faction ability and the vangaurd driver using his to its strength, which is right in your face where he can't miss and you can't just drive away waiting for the shield to go down, so your only real option is to lockdown and fight back. You can't just compare the vangaurd at its strongest and you at your weakest point and say OMG Vangaurd OP.

What if i'm on esamir about to cross the frozen river and you're on the other side locked down, my only action at this point is to try and find the closest cover and run away, cause there is no outgunning a prowler in lockdown at range, OMG PROWLER OP!

At that range vulcan is worthless and i need to hit a moving target twice as much as you need to hit a stationary one. While even your gunner can shoot.
