See those buttons at the bottom of your left mouse button? The plus and minus? Click those to increase or decrease dpi.
maybe explain what you are trying to achieve, original poster, maybe you havent found all the sensitivity sliders yet in the game options (like lower sensitivity if scoped) before I noticed those sliders I went alot out of my way to bind an automatic dpi reduction to my right mousebutton to make sniping easier lol
