[Suggestion] Things I would add or change

    Been thinking about these for a while so here we go.

    1. Camo netting for sunderers
    This is mainly tweaking the "vehicle stealth" certification for sunderers. I think "vehicle stealth" should add a netting on the sunderer to make it bit harder to see and more "realistic". Idea would be pretty much the same as in the pic.

    2. New faction specific weapons
    TR: 800+ rof carbine, 143 damage model.
    VS: plasma weapon (either carbine or assault rifle). Lasher like weapon but higher rof and less or none splash damage and suppression. Damage also tweaked properly.
    NC: Simply put, railguns. Alternatively make Commissioner NC weapon only.

    3. Carbines
    Currently carbine rofs look like this:

    But I think it should look like this:

    VS' high-rof weapons' rof reduced a bit. NC's GD-7F would have rof reduced a lot and maybe give it 167 damage (rof and damage needs balancing but this is just a raw version anyway). One TR carbine's rof increased from 750 to 800+, Cougar's rof increased from 550 to 750 (or lower) and new damage would be 143.

    4. Heavy Assault
    Last but not least. I think the difference between "Nanite Mesh Generator" and "Resist Shield" should be made more clear. What I suggest, is to change NMG absorb damage from mines, grenades, rockets, ground vehicle weapons, aircraft weapons and max weapons. This means damage dealt by normal infantry weapons wouldn't be affected by NMG.

    RS, however, would reduce 25% from damage dealt by normal infantry weapons and it would stack with "Nanoweave Armor". With both NMG and RS, the movement speed would be reduced 15% instead of 25%. One could argue what happens with "Adrenaline Shield".

    I don't think this as a total nerf, but more like making the character more deep. You had to choose between AV/AA/Anti-Max and Anti-infantry. There wouldn't be a simple solution for everything and the class wouldn't be anti-everything at the same time anymore.

    Great idea! Definitely would help with knowing what cert someone is using and fits in with many other visual changes.

    Any other opinions or ideas? Would like to hear some thoughts especially of Carbine and HA changes.
