Well considering the top picture was coordinated lancer users, and the second was just striker users.
I don't think there is anything to discuss.

You missing words aside, there's nothing harder about using a lancer as there is a striker.

I fear I have spent too long crab maxing it up, and these claws are not so good for pixel precision aiming. Also some idiots put icons that generally cover up what you are trying to shoot!

Sure there is. Try hitting a Mosquito at 300m as it performs evasive maneuvers with a Lancer. Now try the same thing with a Striker.

Try hitting armour outside your lock-on range, obscured by a small object around their mid-section or at close proximity with a striker.

You know, it's almost like they both have pros and cons.
