TIER XP IN RANKING SYSTEM

    I've noticed some inconsistency with the tier xp.

    For example:

    My very first solo win I had 12 kills and received 1,496 tier xp

    Later on, I won a solo game w/ 19 kills and received 1,408 tier xp

    After I reached diamond, I won a solo game w/ 14 kills and received 1,302 tier xp

    But, I've seen others consistently receive 1,496 tier xp (the highest XP received in solos) and have 10 kills or less.

    I feel like kills don't contribute to your score, and may possibly be hurting your score depending with having high kill games. However, it seems to be more random as I continue to win more games.

    Could someone please explain the point system for solo ranking/tier xp only.

    Im wondering about the same thing. And the medals seems to be only about how much XP you have, not how well you have played. Basically anyone will get eventually the highest medal as long as they grind the game long enough. And its always a "NEW RECORD" after you get some xp? well technically you are at an all time high every time you get some more points but it doesnt make any sense.
