Shotgun bullets not doing damage

I just had this happened but I hit someone twice with a riot shotgun I saw the bullets hit but no damage indication but I hit the truck that we're by and it took some damage really hate these stupid bugs

Update: It's for all weapon types not just shotguns

Were you playing the arcade mode when this was happening?
The arcade mode is headshot only...

You probably are playing arcade mode dumb *** yesterday was sharpshotters event only headshots deal damage. Check scheduled arcade modes by day in the info of season 4.
