Last week the calendar the Guide Program uses to plan events was removed from public viewing. It was never meant to be viewed this way for exactly this reason. The calendar is for internal use, for the program members to schedule times and know who is doing what when. There are times when real life gets in the way and Guides can't make it. That's why we only post to the official forums when we are sure an event is happening.
