Update: Aaaand now it's working. Maybe it's locked during certain time of day that I'm unaware of. Either way - ignore me! I don't see a way to delete this post. The Echelon portal tag with the name pops up, but I cannot interact with the portal in any way. I just used it yesterday without issue. Also, the door to Arx Seru does not highlight and I can't click or interact with it either.
