Zimaran Transmutation Stone - Plee to Change to Fabled/Have Chance to Transmute to Mana

    Currently the Source for Mana needed to make any Mastercraft Adornments seems locked to Raids, which drop the only fabled items.
    Would changing the existing Zimaran Transmutation Stones to Fabled giving them a chance to produce a Mana be possible?
