Can this rune please be reviewed? On paper it sounds like a great passive thorns. In practice I don't think it's scaling. It has a 25% chance to cast Wrath of the Brotherhood on attacker to inflict 747k damage. On my parse it shows it landed 76 times zone wide and its maximum hit was only 212k. In comparison, Handcrafted Zimaran Elixir of Thorns is a guaranteed on hit to cast spark for 251k and the minimum hit zone wide was for 37 billion. Something isn't adding up.
