Zimaran Rune: Vaashkaani Field Medic does not apply CB when activated on my toon Danao out of Maj'Dul. Dont matter where or what zone Im in, in BoZ. The Heals does work.
It only works while on combat, are you actively in combat when checking this? Just clicking on, does nothing if you're not engaged with a mob.
