Zimaran Rune: Felfeather's Pack Mentality Bugged

    Summary: Zimaran Rune: Felfeather's Pack Mentality Bugged
    Description: This rune is bugged. When I cast the buff it is supposed to lower All attributes by 15.2%, but it is supposed to increase CBOC by 583.3 on the caster. When cast, it decreases attributes, but it also decreases CBOC instead of increasing it.

    THIS would be a good and easy thing to test on testserver if we could have testcopy tokens ;)
