I posted about this when GU66 first came out, and the issue is still not resolved from what I can see. After doing all the quests and most instances, including regular, group HM, X2's, and partial X4's in some, and killing tons of trash mobs - out of around 150 to 200 Ornate and Master chests, I have not seen ONE single Mage weapon or armor piece (yes, it they do drop jewelry).. I have not done any X4 HM raids in the zone so cannot speak for those zones. When I posted before I had popped perhaps 40 Ornate chests and 4-5 Exquisites, without a single mage gear drop and was told I was a victim of the RNG. But at this point to attribute over 200 armor/weapon drops from chests with zero mage gear goes beyond the RNG - there is something amiss in Scars, at least on Oasis.
