The script with Zaag the Unburied halts with a successful root at the teleport point (found with Illusionist). Quest: Dedraka's Descent (Solo) NPC: Zaag the Unburied Message received is: "A teleportation block is preventing your target from being teleported, or being teleported to." This happened on the last teleport move for Zaag in the script. Instead of teleporting, he simply stays in the same location and becomes invulnerable. No dispell or other activity will cause the script to continue.
Leveling a new char, currently 124, came to this point in the story line of Vetrovia and exactly this happened to me, too. After a year this is still an issue it seems. (Dedraka's Descent (Solo))
