Where do I go to exchange these shards for armor? I went to Sneerio Backlash in Qeynos but he wasn't interested in giving me armor. Anyone know how good this armor is? Thanks!
I'm going to guess you are talking about malice shards. You install them on armor you have that 'takes' that kind of shard. It'll say in the examine window. It'll only be armor dropped in the Altar of Malice expansion zones/dungeons. If I remember right you have to take the armor off and examine either the armor or the shard (it's been a long time, since I had a character in those zones).
