while i haven't explored much of the new zones a subject i think should be touched up on is old expansion faction adornments. most people have many alternate characters and older zones long forgotten, ie farming shards for a few adornments is a bit of a chore. maybe suggest reducing the faction and/or shard cost for the DoV/SF faction merchants. yes you can buy them on one toon and transfer them but it still doesn't address the issue with farming for shards from defunct zones for hours to get a few adornments. maybe offer new ways to earn the adornments or change the currencies to something a little more universal to older expansions.
