Wrath of Bertoxxulous: Adds an area of effect component to the warlock's encounter spells for a short duration. As was suggested by many warlocks in beta can this be an effect placed on the warlock not the mob. There are issues having an effect on the mob and having to be targetting that mob from assisting through a Main Assist / Main Tank if its an encounter where they are switching between mobs its easily lost (and it procs rarely enough as it is without failing to cast because of a targetting mechanic) The other issue is target forcing mobs will make it impossible to cast this if it triggers and your then forced. Tonight this happened in non epic zones. epic zones where this is more common will be a nightmare getting it to proc. For an end line ability with a small chance of proccing making it harder to trigger on those rare occurances is just being cruel
