So I am educating a new wizard (and myself in the process) and I'm having a problem understanding reuse speed. I normally play a coercer and I don't remember this problem. Wiz is currently 83 with a reuse mod of 51%. Fusion tooltip says 1 min 30 secs recast and if I add 1-5 points in the TSO aa line for Fusion recast, which should shave off 6 secs per point used, nothing changes in the tool tip. I have tried saving and reloading the aa spec but still, nothing changes? I am using Profit (in case that makes any difference)
Abilities can only ever reach 1/2 of their original reuse. So for example if Fusions base reuse is 3 minutes, the most it will ever go down to is 1:30. I'd imagine you have focus effects or similar that are lowing the recast down a set amount of seconds, combined with your 51% reuse, which is causing Fusion to hit the 1:30 mark.
