Touch of Death 1) Forces target to change their selected target to caster instantly. Hate Gain is increased by 10% for the duration. 2) Will absorb physical attacks when the amount is greater than 60% of the targets maximum health. 3) The reuse time of Touch of Death is 6 minutes. Not only Touch of Death, but also other mythical effects are very useful. Can SK use them also in T9? I'm very concerned.
Epic and Mythical weapons will stay level 80. The unique effects of the Mythical weapon will be usable perhaps as a clickable item, charm, or mythical slot, but it will not be your primary weapon at level 90 as the green and blue stats will be scaled down 33% or more.
