why was HP regen from Sinister Countenance removed ?

    Been a defiler years ago and now rolled a new one. Why was the HP regen removed ? Although a minor thing in terms of numbers, this was class defining. Self-sacrifial healing, self-canibalizing for power and a high self-regeneration.

    It was removed at the same time the health cost was removed from defiler heals.
    I assume those two changes were related.

    An expansion or two ago, the health cost of heals was removed, power cost was raised and health regen on Sinister Countenance was traded out for a straight health bonus. I can't explain the whole deal with health cost of heals being removed, but the health regen on Sinister Countenance was negligible at the higher levels and the health bonus was a welcome addition instead.
