Just a simple request here, everyone from the UK is just getting back from school/work/whatever to find the servers down, and they are confused. Can't you update between 1am-3am in the morning, when most people are offline, instead of 3pm-5pm in the afternoon, when people are just getting home and want to play?
That's what's usually been done. The end result being that European raid guilds have to wait a day before they can do the same content as everyone else.
Usual UK update time is 5 to 7 am UK time, which prevents them from getting ww 1sts, soe is treating this update like an expansion launch and giving it to everyone at the same time to keep things fair.
