Wht level can change form ?

I am a level 21 mnk
i saw a level 22 mnk do the change form

wht level i can get it ? (i think is level 21 skill but i still dun have it ...)

im a 25 monk i havent heard of us getting any morphs until lvl 40. did you read in the chat that he changed forms or did you acually see it, because we do get a skill which showsoff some moves and in the chat box it says we change form, yet it doesnt do anything.

I think maybe is a quest skill not auto grant it when raise level ?

Its called Silent Fist Kata and you can buy it from Elddar @ 21 I think.

Silent Fist Kata is the skill, its a level 20 skill you can buy from an advanced trainer, there is one in north qeynos, near a tree on the west side

it says you change form, but does not actually change your form

I hear that at 40th lvl we get tiger form, it doesnt really do anything except make us look like a tiger.
Still it sounds cool to me.
