So, this quest is part of the City of Qeynos timeline, which is needed for the epic 2.0... Well, at least to be able to see the caches/caves. I am on the step where I need to find a clue outside Ironforge Exchange, a red shiny (scrap of cloth). I am able to see the shiny. It seems I can collect it (I can see my collecting bar) but it won't update my quest. I have deleted and re-started this quest 7x. I even went to the next step to see if maybe, I can see the lists but no dice. I have /bugged it and /petitioned it. I even tried it on a different toon and that toon was able to collect it and got a ding /update. Help please??
I'm having the same problem on my conjuror. I'm supposed to search for the clue, but the ques does not update when collecting the scrap of cloth. Seems like i'm stuck there. Did you find a way to update the quest?
