When Dueling, does a resolve difference play a factor

    If you duel an opponent that has lets says has a 180 resolve difference, does it factor in to the mechanics as it does with PVE?

    The resolve stat is, itself, meaningless in PvP. The 180 resolve difference, however, does suggest that the one with more resolve probably has more potency, stamina, etc due to better gear.
