When can I do the Swashbuckler quest?

    At what level can I start it? I'm level 10 now... Do I have to wait until 20? The quest starts in QH but what's the NPCs name?

    You need to be level 18, IIRC. Swashbuckler is a SubClass, which means you get to be one when you reach your 20th level.
