Whats going on

    I was on this morning and logged off right before the patch. Now after the patch every time I try to log in I get to char screen and choose a char to log in on to have it start to load into the game, then the game tells me that

    EQ2 Client Application has stopped working.
    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

    I have rebooted my comp and reset my modem and it is still doing this and just started only after I loaded today's patch.

    Using a custom UI? Patch it.

    Yes using profit and i tried to update it but nothing there yet.

    Delete (or at least move it to a different folder) eq2ui_mainhud_welcome.xml in your custom UI folder. I'm using ProfitUI and it cleared up the problem for me.
