I just managed to complete the Swashbuckler sub-class quest. Yay! Took me a few attempts though. First, second and third times I examined the book in the cellar and nothing, then exmained the book in the attic and still nothing. Which onl left the upstairs room with the big nasty red agro mobs. They would break my sneak and I wasn't able to examine the chest in that room. This happened about 3 times. But today, I examined the book in the attic and DING! Can't wait to go fortune hunting.
