I updated to the Season 5 for Overseers and received a [Level 90] Minion's Dominance I piece. Does the damage bonus mean 3.2 x weapon damage or does it add 3.2 to the weapon's damage? I'm hoping it's the former, since adding 3.2 to anything at 90+ seems like adding a cup of water to the Pacific Ocean.
