after the last patch that fixed the bug that made you have to reequip it, it now seems to take 30-45 seconds to proc then doesn't proc again for another 1.5 to 2 minutes. Is anyone else having this issue or am I just having very very bad luck.
It's always had that issue... The only thing they changed is so it doesn't disable when you die anymore.
Seems to depend on the class for me, on my channeler it procs all the time, but on the BL not as much recently.
