   I'm guessing this is a bug as Dark Siphoning mentions in the spell description that you get a heal and mana element to this spell but there is no heal element. This was also brought up and beta and never responded to.

   Just bumping this. Dark Siphoning IX still is missing heal the heal element to the spell.
