Read the EQ2 Wiki (not sure how old that is though) that warlock gets some pets like: Frogs, rats and birds? (i assume they are none combat) But when doing a tryout 85 character all i had was the drake, book and a gargoyle, which is the same as i had on the Wizard i made. Did they remove them or they aren't included in the 85 character?
Those are fun spells you have to actively aquire. Just visit your local Warlock trainer, he will have them for sale. you can turn yourself into a bat, as well as summon a bat companion. Looks pretty neat, 2 bats flying around together enjoy !
