   so i see that wizards will be getting a small bump according to forums, so you gave them some help before expansion and now they get a bit more, but you can't address focused casting at all? every raiding warlock and most others are capped on crit bonus now, please look into addressing that buff, as it stands now its almost useless

   if it makes you feel better, fiery blast is broken too so that is probably next on the dev fix list
