Trying to get the 5% extra hate transfer as it seems in ae fights I am tanking. Hoping to do whatever I can to make it better. But adding that 5 points into it doesn't seem to do anything. It still sits at 5%. https://imgur.com/a/8smEzMx
What I find funny is that when the tanks were missing some cb proc from their aa that was fixed rapidly and they can't even bother to reply to this post where the warlock aa to increase hate transfer is ignored I've also tested this in on my warlock and couldn't get any hate transfer increase. Oh wait - I forgot they don't care about warlocks and they are probably just patting themselves on the backs for increasing tank hate gain to 300 for this expansion or they don't think warlocks should deaggro since they create broken code that is never tested internally.
