Been gone for the last three expansions, but I think I remember there being a 'wardrobe' attached to the bankers (right click option). Maybe I'm thinking of different game? No sure though..
'Bankers' is what I said, and yes I know about the character window tab, was asking if it 'used' to be at the bankers back during ToV.
No, there has never been a wardrobe option attached to the bank. Right-click will let you access the guild bank (if you are in one).
