I think its a bit much that my vitality is being taken while I am not gaining xp. I do not have the xpak on this account yet and probally won't purchase it now that I see this is happening. My vitality is going down even though I am not gaining xp or anything.
Don't sweat it too much. 100% vitality is more than enough to go 92 to 95 in a one hour session. If you've been around long enough to have the orb of concentrated memories, you have far more vitality than you need to level up even with it consuming some now.
Meh I'm not worried too much about it just that it should not do it. A small oversite in devs I am sure. No xp gained should be no vitality consumed.
In a weird way its always been this way, and in a weird way its still consumed. By example, if you go die 100x and get yourself 50% xp debt (which you can still get at max level) your xp will be consumed, and vitality applied to the consumption of that xp debt. Agreed, not intuitive and wierd, but that's the system.
