I am stuck having to validate files every single time I launch. This creates an extremely long launch process each and every time. So even if I crash, I have to validate files again before I can get back in. This makes the game not playable for me. Is there a way to stop validating files every single launch?
Its been ages since this happened to me but, you might want to double check with your anti-virus and make sure there isn't anything "extra" in your computer. I mention this both because I happened to me (the virus kept contaminating the EQ2 executable so it had to verify (and replace it) every launch. Might not be the issue you are having, or more the cause of it but, worth checking.
