Hi alls, it seems that Utter Anihilation ( http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/2387643950) don't even trigger on the storms server, maybe a traduction of item name pb ? My dirge friend and i (troub) got the pb.. This new version is scouts useable, can anyone from us servers may confirm me about the correct works of this thing ? It looks like the proc itself had a fighter requirement, which would prevent the effect from triggering if you were not a fighter. Just checked in a fix that should be in an upcoming hotfix.
