UPDATER CONSTANTLY FINDING CRC MISMATCH FILES AND REPLACING

    Getting this every time I validate files b/c i'm getting constant client crashes
    Warning: Fullscan found CRC mismatch on C:/Sony/paks/OP2englishVoiceOver21.vpk, even though size 5,284,076 and time 1249414838 matched. Expected 2307812414 but detected 196981381.

    and at least 27 others ......... amount of files differs each time

    any suggestions?......downloads approx. 1450MB each time

    I would manually delete those files it finds and reboot and check again that they are not there anymore before updating again.
    Only other thing I can think is maybe check your hard drive for bad sectors.

    Found the issue, had 16 gigs of new memory and half of it was bad :( Oh well, problem solved, memory replaced by manufacturer..... thanks for the tips :)
